Good old fashioned Lynching.

I was just watching Twin Peaks, and heard two amusing mixed metaphors.

1. Discussing Laura Palmer's addiction to cocaine, Audrey said she had "a sweet tooth for nose candy."
2. Pete Martel says he's "So tired" "you could eat a horse." finished Josie Packard.

Which got me thinking:
I'm so tired, I could look a gift horse in the mouth.
